MSU Workforce Symposium to bring employers, entrepreneurs together to share resources

BOZEMAN, Mont. — The Workforce Symposium, part of the Montana Main Street Project Peer-to-Peer Symposium Series at Montana State University in Bozeman, is set for Oct. 11-12.

The two-day symposium concentrates on skilled worker training, managing a millenial workforce, and addresses recruitment and retaining good employees. Top national and state CEOs, recruitment experts will share proven strategies to transform your most important asset: present and future employees. The forum will specifically target communication between employers and employees to get the most out of this most important resource.
