Schedulicity eschews Silicon Valley for expanse of Montana

BOZEMAN, Mont. — Schedulicity founder Jerry Nettuno has found that a successful tech company doesn’t necessarily need an address in Silicon Valley.

The company is happily based in Bozeman, but it has attracted talent from Silicon Valley and beyond. Those who come, however, are often looking for a slower pace of life, which they easily can find in the city of 38,000.

Schedulicity provides online appointment bookings for small businesses like hair salons and massage therapists. It also provides an option for last-minute cancellations by promoting pop-up offers directed at customers to fill those slots. It charges businesses $19 per month for a single-user account, and a multi-user account in $39 per month.
